Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Facts(s): Kreps Law Firm client driving in a non-traffic lane and officer pulled the client over and asked client for ID. Officer stated that he could smell alcohol on the client’s breath. Officer requested that client submit to standardized field sobriety tests (horizontal gaze nystagmus, walk and turn and one-leg stand). Client also was asked to recite the alphabet. Client arrested for DUI and cited for driving on roadway not used for traffic.

Facts(s):
